During our time(s) together we'll have a chance to do a hands-on personal energetic spinal rebalancing ... utilising the Main Central flow from Jin Shin .. aka JSJ (the energy healing art I've practiced/taught for over 20 years).
You'll find this deeply balancing and blissful ... even more so when in the company of others.

I'm running this in 2 timezones so both sessions will essentially be the same (but with a different group). Feel free to come to either or both ... it will be a powerful experience to attend live. Here are the times for the diary:
Each session will go for an hour ... opening with an introduction/explanation before our 30 minute process. We'll then have time to share at the end.
