The Pillars of Lightbodiment - Part One

Lightbodiment is a series of tools and teachings that help us to embody more light (joy, love and bliss)  into our physical vessels ... as we consciously work with our lightbody/energy field but in way that integrates our body systems. With Ease, Grace ... and Simplicity.

Pillar 1 - The Cycles of Time

Today I want to talk about why we focus so much here on the Astrology, Cosmology, Energy and the Cycles of time.

I believe that for many people “out there” it’s the missing piece of the puzzle that actually explains so much about our own daily human experiences … and the changes our soul is calling us to,

At the very least … if you don’t realise the Earth is literally upgrading its frequency beneath our feet then you might not understand why your body and energy field is also needing to evolve to feel more at home here.

We are measurably living upon a different Earth than we were just 10 years ago.

Here's some evidence ...

Up until 2017 the Schumann Resonance (Frequency, Heartbeat) of Mother Earth ❤️ was ALWAYS STEADY at 7.83 hertz.

Like, forever. 

This is the frequency in which we happily existed … and were called to attune to in order to feel grounded and aligned.

Then in 2017 … after EONS of consistency ... the Schumann began to show “irregularities”.

Firstly pulsing to an amplitude of “14” hertz. Then higher and higher and for longer periods of time.

These days it’s not uncommon to have prolonged stretches of 100 hertz +++

Stop for a moment and take that in.

Can you feel how BIG this is ???

Researchers have noticed that our hearts and pineal glands are affected by the different ranges of frequency … as many of us experience similar body reactions when the “Schumann is high”.

It’s ALL GOOD and part of our Lightbodiment Journey (the frequency of our environment is one of the factors that catalyse our consciousness and Lightbodies to upgrade).

This measurable shift is an effect (and yes some evidence) of the “Shift of the Ages” that is taking place on our planet right now.

It’s a manifestation of the beginning of a New 26,000 year Earth Cycle that began in 2012.

This IS the time long prophesied …

the beginning of a New Golden Age …

and the evidence is all around us.

The planets are also telling us it’s time.

The precession of the Equinoxes (a yearly pointer into the constellations) reminds us that we are now entering the 2000 year period known of the Age of Aquarius.

And there's more ...

In 2025 and 2026 so far we’ve had big changes with all of the outer planets changing signs (they have loooong orbits so this is a big deal) … not to mention a “once in a species” gathering of 10 planets in Aries … the first sign of the Zodiac.

It’s important to note that until the 17th Century … Astrology WAS considered an integral Science.

There’s also been important research that points to the completion of the Kali Yuga Dark Ages (March 2025). This lines up with the 2012 timeline ... and with the stars heralding the New Aquarian Age.

Next up in July is Barbault's Basket ... a unique configuration of the outer planets ... happening just before the North Node of Destiny shifts into AQUARIUS !!!

Of course the other evidence is how rapidly the world around us is changing now.

And so it is !!

Anyhow I do want to keep these snippets easy to digest so I’ll keep it short and sweet today … but in a nutshell … we are not in normal times … and YOU are here for this.
